Evolution Revised Late and No Show Policy

We recognize that there are situations that arise that are out  of your control; However it is imperative to contact the salon in a timely manner,  if you cannot make you appointed time. This will help prevent delays with other scheduled appointments, and will also allow us to maintain our policy of
“NO WAITING” for every client.

Late arrivals, missed appointments or canceled appointments without sufficient notice create a gap in the stylist schedule.
A “NO SHOW”  policy is enforced and should be requested within 24 hours for services, 48 hours for weave and braid services for
Rescheduling or Cancellation.
These appointment slots can be utilized by another client, just like lateness can cause overlapping in another client appointment time.
As of August 1, 2018 a late fee of $25 will be enforced on anyone that exceeds the 15 minute grace period we offer. If both parties agree to keep the scheduled appointment, then the client agree to cover any late fee incurred.
