Salon Policy

As a courtesy we request that all cancellations be made within 48 hours (about 2 days) of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service and 100% for “NO SHOW” appointments. Please note that EMAILS will not be accepted as a valid form of cancellation. We offer different options depending on your membership status.

VIP members have the convenience of logging into their account to easily cancel or reschedule appointments. Please ensure that the changes are made within 48 hours (about 2 days) of your scheduled appointment time. Non-VIP clients, we kindly ask that you call or text the salon (contact info below) within 48 hours (about 2 days) of your appointment to avoid any charges, it is essential that you leave a message within 48 hours (about 2 days) of your scheduled appointment. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while also ensuring A balanced schedule for all our clients. We also understand that sometimes unforeseen delays may occur. Therefore, we offer a 10-to-15-minute grace period for clients who may be running behind schedule. If you arrive 10 to 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will receive an abbreviated service to ensure that we’re able to accommodate other clients.

However, if you are more than 30 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and charges will be adjusted accordingly.
