Salon Policy

As a courtesy, we require 24-hour notice should cancellation be necessary. We created a new effective way to schedule, re-schedule, and cancel appointments online via our website. 


Create a login and you will have access to your account. Emails are not an acceptable form of cancellation. If you have any issues with canceling online, then call the salon and leave a message if no one is there to receive your call, your message must be left within the 24-hour grace period. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your scheduled service, charged to the credit card you give to secure your appointment slot, failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in a full-service charge to your credit card.

Should you have a delay, which detains you for more than 15 minutes before you schedule an appointment, we will be happy to offer you an abbreviated service. 

As of August 1, 2018, a late fee of $25 will be enforced on anyone that exceeds the 15-minute grace period we offer. If both parties agree to keep the scheduled appointment, then you, the client, agree to cover any late fee incurred.
