Salon Policy
At our salon, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, we have implemented the following salon policy:
1. (Non-VIP Clients) Cancellation & Reschedule Terms:
– All clients who are not part of the VIP Membership are required to leave a nonrefundable deposit of $75 to secure any appointment.
– This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services on the day of the appointment.
– If a non-VIP client cancels or requests to reschedule after booking — especially within the week prior to the scheduled New York service week — the deposit will be automatically forfeited.
– This policy is implemented to honor our commitment to all clients and to cover potential income loss resulting from canceled or rescheduled appointments during limited New York availability.
2. VIP Membership Cancellation & Reschedule Terms:
– As a VIP member, I understand that the previous 48-hour cancellation window no longer applies.
– Clients now have up to six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled New York service week to make any appointment changes, adjustments, or cancellations.
– Once Evolution Green Room arrives in New York, no cancellations or rescheduling requests will be accepted for that week.
– Any cancellations made during that week will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
– No shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
– This policy honors the stylist’s travel, toll, and accommodation expenses, as well as time blocked off exclusively for VIP members
3. Credit Card Authorization:
– By booking an appointment, I authorize Evolution Green Room to charge my card on file for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or outstanding balance in accordance with this policy
4. Membership Cancellation:
– If I wish to cancel my VIP membership, I must provide notice of at least 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) in advance to avoid being charged for the next month. This cancellation notice must be sent via email
5. Late Arrivals:
– If I arrive 15 to 30 minutes late for my scheduled appointment, I agree to receive an abbreviated service
Communication and Login Support:
– If I experience issues accessing my booking account, I may call, email, or text Evolution Green Room for assistance. Failure to communicate changes within the six-week window will result in the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.

– Evolution Green Room provides all beauty and wellness services with professional care and integrity. Results may vary based on individual hair and scalp conditions; therefore, no specific results are guaranteed.
Policy Updates:
– Evolution Green Room reserves the right to modify or update this policy as needed. Notification will be sent via text or email, and continued participation in the VIP membership implies agreement to the revised terms
