Salon Policy

As a courtesy to our staff, we require 24-hour notice should cancellation be necessary. For Weave or Extension Appointments, we do require a 48-hour cancellation notice. We also suggest you CALL the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We can only process cancellations by telephone. E-mails are NOT acceptable. Failure to call will within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge for your scheduled service. Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in a Full-Service Charge for your scheduled service, charged to your credit card.


Should you have a delay, which detains you for more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we will be happy to offer you an abbreviated service. If you are detained for more than 30 minutes, you would have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged accordingly.
