Therefore, I agree to refrain from consuming alcohol or any substances that may alter my natural state during the retreat. b. I understand that engaging in any mind-altering activities is not permitted, as it may interfere with the retreat experience for myself and others.3. Liability Waiver a. I acknowledge that if I choose to consume alcohol or partake in any mind-altering substances outside of the retreat's guidelines, I do so at my own risk. b. The retreat organizers are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or consequences resulting from my actions, including overconsumption of alcohol or any substances. 4. Health and Wellness a. I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in the activities planned for the retreat. b. I will notify the retreat organizers of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect my participation. 5. Acknowledgment of Risks a. I recognize that participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, and I accept full responsibility for my participation. 6. Photography and Media Release a.
