By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the Naked Healing Holistic Retreat:

1. Deposit and Payment
    a. A non-refundable deposit of $800 is required to secure my spot at the retreat.
    b. All remaining payments must be completed at least six months prior to the retreat date.
    c. Payment options include full payment with a 10% discount or flexible payment plans (6 or 9 months).

2. Retreat Guidelines
    a. This retreat is designed to promote natural states of being. Therefore, I agree to refrain from consuming alcohol or any substances that may alter my natural state during the retreat.
    b. I understand that engaging in any mind-altering activities is not permitted, as it may interfere with the retreat experience for myself and others.

3. Liability Waiver
    a. I acknowledge that if I choose to consume alcohol or partake in any mind-altering substances outside of the retreat's guidelines, I do so at my own risk.
    b. The retreat organizers are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or consequences resulting from my actions, including overconsumption of alcohol or any substances.

4. Health and Wellness
     a. I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in the activities planned for the retreat.
     b. I will notify the retreat organizers of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect my participation.

5. Acknowledgment of Risks
    a. I recognize that participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.

6. Photography and Media Release
    a. I give permission for my image to be used in promotional materials for future retreats and events, unless I indicate otherwise in writing.

7. Code of Conduct
    a. I agree to foster a positive and respectful environment and understand that disruptive behavior may result in my removal from the retreat without refund.

8. Indemnification Clause
    a. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the retreat organizers against any claims or damages related to my participation in the retreat.

9. Force Majeure Clause
    a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the retreat from occurring, I understand that the organizers will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

10. Cancellation Policy • I understand that the deposit is non-refundable and that any cancellations made after signing this commitment form may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Cancellation Policy for Naked Healing Holistic Retreat:

Cancellation by Participant:
            a. If you need to cancel your registration for the retreat, please be aware that a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit covers costs incurred in preparation for the retreat.
            b. Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot in the retreat.
            c. Cancellation Notice**: If you choose to cancel your registration, please notify us 30 days before the trip in writing.

Cancellation by Organizer:
            a. If the retreat is canceled by the organizer for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.
            b. Refund Process: Any refunds will be processed within a specified time frame after the cancellation announcement.

Transfer of Registration:
            a. If you cannot attend the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another person. This policy allows for flexibility while maintaining the retreat's financial commitments.
            b. Transfer Process: Please inform us of the transfer at least 30 days before the retreat to ensure a smooth transition.

Refund on Additional Payments: For any payments made beyond the initial deposit, refunds may be available under the following conditions:
            a. Notice Requirement: To be eligible for a refund on additional payments, written notice must be provided at least 90 days before the event.
            b. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed after the notice period and within a reasonable time.
