Salon Policy

At our salon, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, we have implemented the following salon policy:

1. Appointment Cancelation:

– All appointments must be canceled within a 48-hour grace period.

– Emails are not considered a proper form of cancelation.

– To cancel an appointment, please call and leave a message or text (number below) within 48 hours (about 2 days). Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in an appointment forfeiture

2. Deposit Requirement:

-Clients are required to leave a $75 deposit to secure their future appointments.

-The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the appointment date.

– This deposit is essential to ensure our commitment to serving you during our limited visits to New York.

– In case of a cancelation or rescheduled request, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. VIP Membership:

– Clients who are part of our VIP membership program do not need to leave a $75 deposit.

– VIP members have a guaranteed booking slot and access to future appointment bookings.

– However, VIP members must still adhere to the 48-hour (about 2 days) cancelation or reschedule policy.

– Failure to do so may result in a cancelation fee being applied.

4. Rescheduling:

– Clients can reschedule their appointments within the current week, subject to availability.

– Rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 48 hours (about 2 days)’ notice.

– If rescheduling within the same week is not possible, clients will have to wait for the next available appointment.

5. Non-VIP Clients:

– Clients who are not part of the VIP membership program must leave a nonrefundable $75 deposit.

– Rescheduling requests for non-VIP clients will be accommodated based on availability.

– However, if rescheduling is not possible, clients will have to wait for the next available appointment

“NO SHOWS” will not only forfeit their $75 deposit, but they will also be charged 100% of the full service that will be charged on the card that you provide during booking.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our salon policy. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, maximize our efficiency, and minimize any potential loss of income resulting from cancelations or rescheduled appointments.
